THe NHL point system

Here is another article that I wrote for this Helium.com hockey writing contest. This article briefly goes over the scoring and ranking system that is used in the NHL playoffs. It is an article aimed at helping those who do not know the sport well to gain a better understanding.

Why do fans enjoy fights on the ice?

The following link leads to an article that I have recently published on the website Helium.com. I wrote this article during a writing competition (which I actually managed to win, believe it or not) and I felt that it was an appropriate start to my blog. The article concerns fighting in the game of hockey, and reasons why it is considered to be so exciting by fans. Enjoy.
